PFund Foundation and the Astraea Lesbian Foundation for Justice are the lead organizations of this gathering. Each has a long history social justice work, specifically base building work among and across communities of color. They have worked with the Planning Committee, comprised of representatives from each foundation cohort, to organize the gathering. This is a leadership structure that will ensure that this gathering is one that is completely led and organized by and for LGBTQ people of color.
